Michele Zwillinger started
Zwillinger Research to meet
two perceived needs… research with integrity…and recommendations
without fear.
Ms. Zwillinger has built a successful
research and consulting business by attracting large to medium-size
companies in a variety of industries.
Zwillinger Research serves
companies from A to Z (AAHS to ZDTV), designing and implementing research
for developing and marketing products from breakfast bars to tower
cranes. Clients are located in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. With her
international associates, Michele fields research projects worldwide.
As company owner, she provides hands on, attention to all projects. She utilizes her experience with a variety of
industries and research methodologies to provide the most advantageous
research design, interpretation, and recommendations for all projects.
Her attention to detail assures that projects are expertly managed,
giving her clients confidence that they will get what they need at a
reasonable cost, without
worry or excessive involvement of their time.
Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Zwillinger held
senior research positions for
New Products Network, a consulting company; Wells, Rich,
Greene/West, an advertising agency; and Vivitar Corporation, a consumer
products company. She made significant
contributions to her companies, and was asked to serve as external Research Director
for many of the Advertising Agency’s clients.
Michele is a sought-after speaker, having shared her
expertise and experience with the business community, with students, and
with her research colleagues. She has spoken to various corporations and
business organizations and to university classes, regarding the use of market research in the
product planning process, in using market research to gain a competitive
edge, and topics concerning the best use of various research
methodologies.
Serving her community, Michele has been active in
marketing and research associations and business groups, as well as
local community, government and educational groups. She is the founder
of the Southern California chapter of the Qualitative Research Consultants
Association (QRCA), an active member
in the international QRCA organization, as well as a member of the Association of
Strategic Planning.
Michele
graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a
Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a Masters
Degree in Criminology. She polished her research skills working with a
National Institute of Mental Health Intern Fellowship for independent
research.
